Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, if you are not satisfied with your candle and you have not burned it, you may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of management.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, un-burnt, un-trimmed and in its original packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Send a email to info@candlecrushco.com with RETURN REQUEST as the subject, the body of your email should include the reason for your return and your order# as proof of purchase. If you are emailing your request from an email that was not used when you purchased, please provide that email address so we can validate your request and assist you faster.
- If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable. If your return is granted, you may be required to pay for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not refunded.
- Securely pack your items to be returned to prevent any damage. You can use the same shipping box and packaging your items was shipped to you in. Any items that are not packed securely and arrive to us damaged, at the discretion of management, will not receive a full refund.
- Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to you. Please consider transit times when choosing your carrier and shipping method- we recommend allowing 5 -10 days.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 4 - 5 business days to process your return once we receive it. We will notify you once we've receive your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once we process a refund, please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "last chance" items or gift cards.
