Shipping policy

Got your eye on something and wondering when it could arrive on your doorstep? Already placed and order and want to know how soon you'll be able to unbox it. We want you to get your order as fast as possible!

Once your purchase is complete and payment has been successfully processed, your order immediately enters our system. Within 2-7 business days, we will hand pack your order and get it ready for shipment. Once it's all packed up and ready to go, your order will be sent to you via UPS Ground. 

Our standard shipping via UPS Ground is a flat fee of $7 per order for USA. Any orders over $65 ships free. 

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for packages that show they were delivered by the carrier but cannot be located at your residence. Please contact your local UPS store to investigate the situation if this occurs. In the event that a package is undeliverable and return to us, we will contact you immediately to determine that correct address, but please note that you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. 

Your address must be verified in our system before we can ship it. To prevent delays, be sure to double check your address and street designations before completing your order (i.e., NW/NE/SW/SE, apartment number, etc). If the address does not authenticate in our system, we will contact you within (2-3 business days) for the correct address; please be aware that this will delay your shipment.

 

SHIPPING DAYS:
  1. During the Winter, Fall and Spring months (September to June) we ship Monday through Friday.
  2. During the Summer months (June to August) we ship Monday through Wednesday to decrease the exposure to high temperatures during transit. However, local addresses (DC, MD, VA) with only a 1-2 day transit time will not be affected.

 

HOLIDAYS/PEAK PERIODS/SALES:
Due to the high influx of orders received during peak times, orders may experience delays in processing. Please allow us 4-10 business days to process your order during these times. Carriers may experience delays in delivery during peak shipping periods.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to update. If the shipment seems to be taking longer than it reasonably should, please contact your local UPS regarding your order.
